This brief essay has a modest purpose: to comment, qualify and gloss the Notes on my agenda: The Chaco War, by Lieutenant Colonel Carlos Soria Galvarro. I do it because analyzing the brochures and writing about them, as specialists in historical and historiographical topics know, can contribute some small but valuable data to the reconstruction of the story of history, which is always plural, tangled and opaque. Throughout this essay, I will gloss the critical notes that I consider most interesting by Soria Galvarro, and not the complaints or assertions that may be repetitive or already well known through other post- Chaco War authors.
